The $2.3-billion project is being developed through a public-private partnership contract between the Florida Department of Transportation and I-4 Mobility Partners, which is tasked with designing, constructing, financing, operating and maintaining the interstate for 40 years.
“We are very proud to be a part of the I-4 Ultimate Improvement Project, which will improve the lives of countless commuters and visitors in Florida,” said Ignacio Madridejos, President of CEMEX USA. “This project reaffirms CEMEX’s commitment to help build a better future for the communities in which we operate.”
