Marco Rodriguez

Health & Safety Academy

Marco is the Health and Safety Director for CEMEX USA. With over 30 years of experience in Health and Safety with a focus on chemical, environmental & solid waste industries.

Paul Stelljes

Commercial Academy

Over his 37-year career, Paul has held multiple leadership roles across Florida. He believes the CEMEX comercial team will continue to be industry leaders by incorporating sales systems skills to reach their profesional goals.

Hector Pineda

Digital Academy

Hector joined CEMEX in 2011 and has been involved with every region. Recently, Hector has been an integral part of CEMEX's Digital Transformation journey as the Digital Manager for the US.

Ricardo Quiroga

Supply Chain Academy

Ricardo has been with CEMEX for over 25 years. 18 years were spent in Cement Operations and 7 years have been in Supply Chain as Regional for the Central and Florida Regions while also spending time in Supply Chain Planning.

Sebastian de la Riva

Cement Operations Academy

Sebastian is the Cement Training Manager with over 5 years of talent development experience. Started in CEMEX in 2018 and assisted with the launch of CEMEX University USA. Sebastian recently joined the Cement team to replicate a training structure specializing with our hourly workforce.
